How The Risk Curve handles information

Public website and analytics

The Risk Curve is a public website. You can read it without creating an account or logging in.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website usage and improve the service. The analytics provider may process normal technical usage information, such as pages viewed, referrers, broad device or location information, and performance measurements. We do not use this information to create investment or account profiles.

Emails and feedback

You can contact us at feedback@theriskcurve.io. When you do, we receive your email address and the message and other information you choose to send. We may use that information to respond, understand reader feedback, and improve The Risk Curve.

We use third-party service providers to process email communications and deliver responses.

Please do not send portfolio holdings, exact allocations, financial circumstances, credentials, or other unnecessary personal information.

What the current service does not do

The website currently has no user accounts, subscription form, payment flow, customer database, or personalized portfolio service. The Risk Curve provides general market decision support. It does not provide personalized investment advice, manage portfolios, or profile readers for trading recommendations.
